Here's an update from the kindergarten room: This year we have invested in a heating pad for the tomatoes and peppers, hoping to get some faster sprouters and some stronger plants. I haven't really had a problem with strength, more so that it takes FOREVER to get pepper seeds sprouting. Since my husband LOVES hot peppers, this is a must in our garden.
It's almost time to feed the hungry little sprouts, and the tomatoes are already developing 3rd set of leaves! Time flies - my how my little sprouts have grown! :-)

That's so cool, Lena! We are about to pick the last of our collards, broccoli, and some swiss chard and cabbage in our winter garden. But how I look forward to those tomatoes we will plant God willing!
Looking good! I am so jealous looking at those! :)
Love your soil blocks, so neat.
So fun to see new life starting up.....
Wow, your plants are getting big! The heating pad sounds like a good idea. My sprouts (just herbs so far) are up but taking forever and I think it's because we keep our house at 65° and we've had no sun in the room I have blocked off so the dogs don't gobble up the dirt for a late night snack!
Good for you!
Those look great...peppers are soooo hard without heat. They are slow either way!
Your sprouts look wonderfully healthy, great job! Kim
