Golden Yellow/White potatoes are my kind of gold!These are Carola and Yellow Finn potatoes that I dug up in the morning this past Sunday - before we made it up to 108F.
Lots of potatoes!
Then I made this - Rosemary Potatoes Au Gratin from Pioneer Woman's Cookbook. Yum!

Oh, your potatoes look so good and there are so many. I bet that casserole was so good.
Last year, our taters weren't worth the little trouble it took to grow them. I did something wrong.
